Brayer for iPad
Coming to the App Store. Hear once, at launch.
Brayer for iPad is built and in private beta: six modules covering design, colour separation, carving guides, the studio log, editions and exchanges. It needs iPadOS 18 or later and is drawn with Apple Pencil. One purchase, no subscription for the core workflow, $7.99 at launch and $9.99 within six months of it.

01Free, today
You do not have to wait to use Brayer.
The print exchange tools on this site are free and running now, and the account you make today is the one the app signs in with.
Organize an exchange. Set the specification, invite printmakers with a link or a QR code, watch the roster fill, track what has been sent and what has arrived, print mailing labels, and publish the colophon at the end.
Join an exchange. Open the organizer’s link, claim a place, post a photo of your edition as proof of sending, and tick off each print as it lands in your letterbox.
Keep the colophon. Every finished exchange leaves a print-ready record of who took part, what they made, and the specification they made it to.
02What the app adds
The exchange stops being a separate errand.
Impressions you gift through an exchange are marked gifted via exchange, so the edition adds up when a collector asks where the other twelve went.
Prints you receive log themselves into your Editions inventory, with the artist, the title and the exchange they came from.
The exchange itself stays in your archive and stays searchable years later, next to the project you carved for it.
